Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders:
Confirmed orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Once shipped, they'll be delivered to you within 2-7 working days depending on the location. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in customers location.
It is our top priority to deliver your order within 3-5 working days but sometimes in case of festive season rush, there could be a slight delay! In that time please do expect a delay in dispatch of your order. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Pre-Book Orders: Pre-book orders are for items that are not immediately available for shipment. They are specially made or prepared upon order placement. This allows us to offer you exclusive items and ensure the highest quality.
For pre-book orders, please allow up to 7 business days for making your item. Following this, shipping processing takes 2-3 business days, and delivery transit is up to 7 business days. This means your unique pre-booked item will arrive in approximately 16-17 business days from your order date.
We have partnered with top shipping providers such as Delhivery, Trackon, Ecomexpress and many more for our Pan India Delivery.
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
We send an email with tracking link with the tracking details once the order is shipped. You can also check on the website by log in to your Cotton Candy account and track your order in Track my Orders' section.
What to do if my order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it?
You need to report Non-Delivery of the order, within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing us at cottoncandyhf@gmail.com

How can I return my Order?
We request you to make a video of the package once received and while opening to verify the state the products have reached in. Incase of damaged or missing items clearly identifies in the recorded video will be re-shipped.
Please note that as we retail customised products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
